With the Orange package one-time setup you receive all the services of the Green package plus:
- Three Additional User Accounts - Employee tracking allows you to see not only when the change was made, but who in your organization made it or entered the record.
- Two Additional Relational Tables or One Additional Main Table - This allows for even greater flexibility with your data and types of data you want to store and manage. With this package you have the flexibility to add relational linked tables to your main table or just add another stand alone main table.
- Employee Tracking of Changes & Edits
- Two Custom Query Setups - These allow you to search on multiple fields or across multiple tables.
- Two Multi-table Queries -
- One Multi-field Query up to Three Fields - Multi-field query allows you to search on multiple criteria. For example, instead of being limited to just searching on last name you would have the ability to search on last name and first name or last name and city.
- Two Additional Custom Reports with Grouping Levels - A second grouping level would allow you to show not only total donations, but also total donations for an individual client on the same report.
- File Download - Download your data file(s) in ASCII comma or tab delimited format to your computer. You can import your file into most any database manager. This can be done anytime from any Internet connection through your secured login.
